POM Wonderful and leading Sydney mixologist, Jessica Arnott, have teamed up to create five delicious cocktails showcasing the versatility of pomegranate juice.

Ideal for the warmer months this summer, Jessica's creations take you to exotic locations around the globe, offering fresh and creative alternatives to the tired old summer drinks menu.

Mixed with POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate juice, Jessica's cocktails offer a range of delicious, unique flavours from around the world.

With its sweet tart taste, pomegranate juice can add zest and flavour to any cocktail.

What's more, it provides the pure taste of pomegranate with no added sugar, colours or cheap juices associated with other cocktail mixers.

Jessica's first collaboration with POM Wonderful has been truly fruitful, resulting in five delicious cocktails that reveal the versatility of the pomegranate.

Her original creations range from refreshingly sweet, to rich and spicy, and include:


The Spice Trail

An aromatic cocktail that highlights wonderful spices and flavours from the pomegranate.

Harajuku Cooler

A refreshing and easy-to-make summer drink that incorporates POM Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice, Japanese plum wine and chilled Jasmine tea.


A poolside cocktail with the perfect balance of pomegranate juice, sourness and salt.

Punch al la Americano

Perfect for sharing and will get the appetite going with a clever combination of POM Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice, orange Campari and deep berry flavours.


Deliciously rich and spicy with notes of pomegranate, cinnamon and raisin.


"Pomegranate juice provides a unique and healthy alternative to the artificial ingredients found in many cocktail mixers, it's a truly flexible ingredient that compliments many different flavours," Jessica said.

The current Venue Manager of award winning Gardel's Bar in Sydney, Jessica previously managed The Victoria Room for three years and has accumulated valuable years of experience working London's cocktail bar scene.

She has also won numerous awards, including 'Overall Performer' at the Diageo World Class Cocktail Awards and was only the second female to be placed in the Top 10 for the Australian Bartender of the Year Awards.

More recently, last November Jessica won a place in the World Class Finals.

Her favourite cocktail, PomTiki, is on the menu of Gardel's Bar now.
