JIMEOIN will be bringing his comedic energy and stand-up shenanigans to Twin Towns later this month.

The witty Irish eccentric will be performing his celebrated comedy gig on January 18 at 8pm and is sure to draw a considerable crowd.

Jimeoin's shows feature a surreal and silly twist on human behaviour, and his antics have been known to leave audiences laughing so hard they cry.

Probably known best for his self-titled '90s television show, the comedian made a name for himself as one of Australia's premier comic talents.

Not keen to rest on his laurels, Jimeoin has become a constant fixture at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and has also produced three popular comedy CD's and two best-selling DVD's

And to top it off, the comedian is still touring to packed venues and keeping crowds cackling.

A-List Entertainment manager Aaron Laing said the Irish comedian was keen to bring the comedy.

"It's been great in the past, he's always enjoyed going there [Twin Towns]," he said.

Mr Laing was confident the natural antics of Jimeoin would make for a thoroughly humorous night.

"He's a pretty laid back guy, people can just settle in and enjoy the whole show," he said.

Mr Laing said that bookings were flying out the door and there were only a "few tickets left" for lucky fans to snatch up.

"Go, you don't need to think, just go and grab your ticket," he said.

Tickets are available from Twin Towns show bookings on 1800 014 014.
