THE Wallabies face another stern examination when this year's Rugby Championship kicks-off in August with back-to-back clashes against the All Blacks to kick start their campaign.

In the draw released on Tuesday, there is no change in the order of matches from the inaugural one last year, just some different venues.

That's good news for the Wallabies as they are not playing the All Blacks at Eden Park in game two, somewhere they have not won for 26 years, this year.

The Wallabies, who finished second last year, 14 points behind the undefeated All Blacks, open their campaign against the Kiwis at Sydney's ANZ Stadium on August 17, before heading across the ditch to play in Wellington a week later.

Australia then has a bye before taking on South Africa at Suncorp Stadium on September 7.

The Aussies then head to Perth to tackle the Pumas a week later.

The Wallabies finish the Championship with away matches in Cape Town on September 28 and in Rosario on October 5.
