THERE'S a huge demand for women in real estate and DJ Stringer Property Services is exploring the phenomena.

Holding the inaugural Women in Real Estate event, the business brought ambitious women from the area togethers to look at career opportunities in the real estate industry.

The focus of the night was to show women how a career in real estate can help them achieve the perfect work/life balance.

DJ Stringer Property Services general manager Belinda Trotman said the night was designed for women to find out from the professionals what a career in real estate was really like.

"It was the perfect opportunity for women to meet our experienced team in a relaxed and fun setting and ask those burning questions they've always wanted answers to about careers in real estate," she said.

"There are so many different avenues available to explore including property sales, property management, holiday letting and management, business sales, commercial leasing and sales, and traineeships, so there really is something for everyone.

"We encourage all women who are interested in a career in real estate, or perhaps just looking for a change of scenery, to have a chat with us."
