NSW and Queensland police are appealing to the public to help find a man who is believed to have guns and a whole lot of pseudoephedrine.

A warrant has been for issued Jack Kemp's arrest.

Kemp was last seen in Sydney but a State Crime Command spokesman said he could be anywhere in both states.

He is described as being of Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander appearance, 38-years-old, 180cm to 185cm tall, with a solid build, dark hair and brown eyes.

Kemp is also known by a number of aliases including Jack Hay, Jacob Muirs and John Muirson.

Members of the public are advised not to approach the man but to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately if they believe they see him.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts can also contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
