Boozy street party draws police

TWEED police were called to break up a street party at Bogangar on Wednesday night.

Police arrived about 9.30pm to a Hastings Rd residence and found about 40 youths drinking alcohol on the street.

The revilers were dispersed with one youth issued with an infringement notice for being a person under 18 years of age drinking in a public place with no responsible adult being present.
