ONE lucky winner has the chance to win themselves a luxurious beachfront Kirra property.

RSL Art Union are offering the $1.9m prize home for just $5 per ticket.

The house is a comfortable 499sqm with three bedrooms, a study, three bathrooms and uninterrupted views of Kirra beach.

The prize home itself is worth $1.9 million with an estimated rent value of $64,400 per year.

RSL Queensland Chief Executive Chris McHugh said he was thrilled to offer entrants a chance to win a home in one of the state's most desirable locations.

"This property is one of the most stunning in both design and location that RSL Art Union has ever raffled - and that's no easy feat," Mr McHugh said.

"The rental value alone on this property is enough for a lucky winner to retire.

"We've made dozens of privileged Australians instant millionaires with our past draws and this time will be no different.

"Of course, we have kept our ticket prices low at $5 each."

The house includes state of the art kitchen appliances, a built in espresso coffee machine, a wine cellar, remote blinds and a stunning freestanding bath.

The total value of furniture and electrical package comes to $104,504.

There's also a fully secured double lock up garage, a $2000 travel voucher for the winner to claim their prize, plus all outgoings are paid for the first 12 months.

"From a lifestyle perspective, the home offers the best of the Gold Coast way of life," Mr McHugh said.

"It's a short work to local cafés, restaurants and of course, the beach. It's an amazing opportunity.

"Most importantly, winning this prize home lottery will make your dreams come true and help an important cause at the same time.

"When you buy a ticket you won't only be giving yourself a shot at luxury. You'll be raising money to support war veterans from all over the country.

"The enormous generosity of Australians enables RSL to continue providing important services to both war veterans and families of past soldiers."

Tickets for the RSL Art Union prize home lottery go on sale from October 3 for $5 each from rslartunion.com.au.
