GOLD Coast Airport is back to business, with full operations resuming this morning.

The airport had been suffering the effects of wild weather, with some flights cancelled or diverted over the past few days.

In a statement issued today, the airport advised passengers to keep checking before they travel.

"We continue to advise all passengers adversely affected by weekend delays and cancellations to contact their airline direct regarding re-scheduling their travel."
