The funny side of the internet dating scene will be on show when Tugun Theatre Company's latest production Birthday Suite kicks off on the 15th August.

Written by Robin Hawdon and directed by Margaret Radcliffe, the production will be jam packed with humour performed by a great cast.

"From the frantic Italian waiter Toni, played by Mark Fell through to Bob the internet dater played by Darren Campbell, the play features many twists and confusion over people's identities,"Mrs Radcliffe said.

"I can't give too much away but I can say it is a hilarious romp about the perils of internet dating, with a very diverse range of characters."

With a talented cast and production team, Birthday Suite is sure to be a big hit with all age groups.

The show will run over three weeks ending on the August 31 and two extra afternoon shows will run on Saturday's AUgust 17 and 24.

The show plays at the Tugun Village Community Centre at 7:30pm on regular nights and 2pm on the Saturday afternoon shows.
