MURWILLUMBAH farmers market is on today, 7-11am at the Murwillumbah Showground. The market offers the finest and freshest produce from the Tweed Valley and Northern Rivers. From fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, cheese, locally caught seafood to freshly brewed coffee, teas and juices. A great spot to enjoy social gatherings with friends as well as interaction with the producers.

3. Gallery secrets:

TWEED Regional Gallery Murwillumbah is holding a Behind the Scenes Tour on Friday, August 5, beginning at 10.30am. Inquisitive community members can join a guided tour providing unique insights into the gallery's operations and the history of the building. Bookings are essential on 02 6670 2790.

VISIT the Kingscliff Lantern Market on Friday night at Lions Park, Marine Parade next to the surf club from 5.30pm. Enjoy live entertainment, food stalls and variety of arts, crafts, fashion and produce stalls. A great way to start the weekend!
