1. Caba health

VISIT the free Women's Health, Wellness and Vitality Expo tomorrow at The Lake Cabarita from 10am till 4pm. Go and celebrate everything to do with women's health and wellbeing. The expo boasts more than 30 exhibitors, live cooking classes, yoga, natural products and much more.

2. Tumby markets

TUMBULGUM Village markets are on today from 9am till 3pm featuring handcrafted wares, local art and crafts, food & preserves plus local produce. The market is held right next door to Flutterbies Cottage café Tumbulgum. Bring the family for a relaxed day browsing the markets and listening to the live music.

3. On your bike

CELEBRATE Bike Week tomorrow and ride down to Jack Bayliss Park at Kingscliff anytime between 8am and 9.30am and show your helmet to receive a complimentary breakfast and coffee plus a Bike Week bag packed with goodies. Test out some really cool bikes and watch some free bike tutorials.

FIND some hidden treasures today on Second Hand Saturday! Visit the hundreds of households holding garage sales across the Northern Rivers today participating in the Biggest Garage Sale Day. 5. Funky theatre

Tonight from 7.30pm the Nimbin Bush Theatre is presenting 'DEEP DOWN & FUNKY!' A showcase of the most exciting & deep-down DJs in the Northern Rivers/North Coast region. Tickets are $20 each & available from Phoenix Rising Cafe, or at the door on the night. Dinner available at the Cafe from 6pm onwards. Nimbin Bush Theatre is located at 2 Blue Knob Rd, Nimbin.

6. Princess and the Pea

CATCH a matinee today of "The Princess & The Pea”, a youth musical being presented by the Tweed Theatre Company at the Tweed Heads Civic Centre at 2pm.
