Is O'Meara the best midfielder in the game?

HE may be only 18, but Gold Coast Suns youngster Jaeger O'Meara is set to become a superstar of the competition.

Rated a certainty to win this year's Rising Star award if he stays fit, the West Australian was yesterday labelled potentially the best midfielder the game has seen by Hall Of Famers Tim Watson and Robert Walls.

O'Meara is off contract at the end of the 2014 season.
