ARGENTINA'S world No.5 Juan Martin del Potro had his suitcase stolen after he stopped to sign an autograph at Paris' Gare du Nord train station.

Del Potro, who lost to Roger Federer in the quarter-finals of the Paris Masters, lost his passport and a prize rosary that had been blessed by fellow Argentinian, Pope Francis.

He was travelling to London to play in this week's season-ending ATP World Tour finals.
