Salt will host tourism experts
SALT Village will host tourism experts from around the state for a two-day conference in October.
The Northern Rivers 2010 Tourism Symposium will be held at Peppers Salt Resort and Spa on October 18 and 19. It was designed to help regional operators boost their business through internet travel booking and social media sites.
Northern Rivers Tourism CEO Russell Mills said the focus would be the growth in demand for niche experiences in out-of-the-way destinations brought about by the expansion of internet-based travel booking.
