Actors wanted for Tweed's Secret Bridesmaids' Business
IF TAKING the stage has always been one of our dreams now is your chance.
The Tweed Theatre Company is casting for the upcoming production Secret Bridesmaids' Business.
The production, created by Elizabeth Coleman and directed by Raelene Richards, is a hilarious story about the night before a bride's big day.
"It's an excellent Aussie play," Mrs Richards wrote.
"The poor bride to be gets some terrible news but it's a comedy with a bit of drama."
The play is casting one female over 50-years-old to play the mother-of-the-bride, five females over 30-years-old to play the bridesmaid and one male over 40-years-old.
Auditions will be held on Sunday, January 13 at the Tweed Civic Centre from 1pm until 5pm.
The play will be performed nine times during April.
