Aerial acrobats flying high for Hervey Bay workshop

SUSPENDED by a confident combination of human strength and custom made ribbons, aerial acrobatics is reaching new limits in Hervey Bay.

The workshop held on Sunday by Just Acrobatics at FitPole Studio Hervey Bay would take participants through aerial silks and rings training - offering challenges for all skill levels.

Aerial head coach Josie Torrisi said the classes would cater for children through to adults and wa goal-based so each person was striving for their best.

"The sport builds amazing strength, flexibility, co-ordination and fluidity of movement," Ms Torrisi said.

The workshops would include hula hoops, handstand balances and aerial silks.
