Affordable, modern units going up at Banora Point

THINGS are progressing nicely on the Banora Point building site at 54 Darlington Drive; civil works on stages two and three are nearly finished, clearing the way for construction to begin.

Real Estate Agent Chris Holt is rapped with progress and says the affordable, modern units should sell quickly, some already gone of the plan.

"Things are going well, it's progressing quickly and we have sold nine units already which is great, the recent rain is only put the building a few weeks behind schedule as well," Mr Holt Said.

Developer Peter Ross, who is on site most days, is also happy with progress.

"The Civil works for stages two and three and about 80% complete and we are happy with how things are going," Mr Ross told My Daily News.

With Club Banora and a shopping centre only a couple of hundred metres walk, Mr Holt said the older age market had shown the most interest, units are on the market, off the plan from $255,000.
