Alleged armed robber to face court

A MAN is due to appear in court today over the alleged armed robbery of a Currumbin Waters shop.

Police will allege the man, 24, of Tallai, entered the Galleon Way store armed with a knife and demanding money about midday on April 5.

No one was injured during the incident.

The man was charged with armed robbery and will face Southport Magistrates Court today
