Miniature animals, big attraction on market

A BIG future could await the new owners of the little business - Crystal Creek Miniatures.

The owner of the tourist facility at Crystal Creek is looking forward to retirement, so has placed her business on the market.

"I really want to travel, paint and lots of other little things," Carolyn Tebbutt said.

Between breeding miniature horses, donkeys and cattle the star attractions of the tourist facility - she also runs the cafe, gift shop and nursery.

Together with her partner John Tuke, Ms Tebbutt also takes two tours a day, from Friday to Sunday, around the small farm, and is open every day of the week during school holidays.

While a few of her little creatures will be included in the sale of the farm, Mrs Teb- butt will continue her passion for breeding miniatures when she moves next door into the old post office she has tirelessly renovated.

The business will be auctioned by Ray White Surfers Paradise on May 12 at the Gold Coast International Hotel.
