Preston screams in for an Indy fix
FUTURE Titan and self-confessed rev-head Preston Campbell jetted into Coolangatta yesterday for this weekend's Indy.
Campbell, known for his express speed on the field and the Titans' first signing after the club was granted a licence to play in the 2007 NRL competition, said he was looking forward to the action.
It's also the perfect opportunity for him to catch up with some of his future team mates who will get together for the event.
The talented playmaker, who will play with current club Penrith in 2006, said he was a keen motor racing enthusiast and had jumped at the chance of watching live Indy.
"I never got to go to an Indy when I lived up here on the Gold Coast so it should be good," Campbell said.
"It will also be a good chance to catch up with everyone.
"Obviously I know the guys from playing against them but I'm looking forward to getting to know them better."
He will be joined by Australian representative and St George forward Luke Bailey, Parramatta utility and former Tweed Heads Seagull Luke O'Dwyer and club officials.
