Uni puts on info day for students

NOW that Year 12 results are out, Tweed students are faced with the daunting task of what and where to study next year.

To help make that decision a bit easier for students, Southern Cross University (SCU) is holding a free information session before Christmas at its Tweed Gold Coast campus.

SCU's Acting Executive Dean, Associate Professor Keith Sloan, said the aim of the session was to help students make moreinformed decisions about which study path to take in the lead up to the New Year.

The information session will enable them to chat with lecturers, look around the campus and ask questions and will focus on study options relating to tourism event management, business and social sciences.

The free Southern Cross University Information Session will be held from 7-8.30pm (NSW) today at the SCU Tweed Gold Coast campus in Brett Street, Tweed Heads.

For more information, or to register to attend, visit the website at www.scu.edu.au/infosession or call 1300 857 559.
