Reports asylum seeker boat intercepted near Christmas Island
THERE are reports a boat has been intercepted on it's way to Christmas Island this morning.
The ABC says a local resident has reported seeing a wooden boat about 200 metres off Flying Fish Cove at about 6:00am.
He said a Navy boat intercepted it.
