Rare Bilinga beachfront site listed for auction
A RARE beachfront site has been listed for auction on the Golden Mile in Bilinga.
Positioned on a corner allotment at 106 Pacific Pde, the 1032sq m site is one of the last remaining beachfront sites in the suburb.
DJ Stringer principal David Stringer said the site had development potential.
"This site is ideal for boutique residential apartments, student accommodation to facilitate Southern Cross University students or a motel," he said.
The block is zoned for tourist and residential use, with an approved height of five storeys and unimproved capital value of $2.2 million.
It will go under the hammer on Saturday, April 12.
