RECKLESS words pierce like a sword but the tongue of the wise brings healing.
Proverbs 12:18
What comes out of the mouth reveals what's happening in the head, not necessarily what's in the heart. Its place of origin does not undo the damage or the benefit.
Hence the saying "Count ten."
