Ocean view at Bilambil Heights
A NEW 78.5-hectare development site at Bilambil Heights has gone on the market.
The land is the largest elevated site with residential zoning currently for sale in the Tweed Shire.
DJ Stringer Property Services commercial agent Craig Parsons said the site could conservatively fit up to 500 residential lots.
“It is extremely rare for a development site of this nature to become available,” Mr Parsons said.
This particular development would feature blocks of land at a premium price due to the elevation, views and close proximity to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, he said.
“We already have four public development companies and one private company interested in the site.”
Other developers may express interest until the end of March to DJ Stringer Property Services.
The high elevation would allow residents views across the ocean south to Kingscliff and north of Surfers Paradise.
DJ Stringer Property Services principal David Stringer said the land represents a solid opportunity to own land in the Tweed Shire.
“Tweed is still the fast- est growing municipality of New South Wales and this parcel of land is actually located in the fast- est growing part of the Tweed,” Mr Stringer said.
