Bliss n Eso making one woman's dreams come true

DREAMS do come true, just ask lucky Tweed resident Tessa Shaw.

Multi-platinum ARIA award winners Bliss n Eso have been hovering around Terranora, Bilambil and the Gold Coast in a helicopter for the filming of a video clip for their latest album Circus In The Sky.

The charismatic trio, comprised of MC Bliss, MC Eso and DJ Izm, had been gathering participants for their Act Your Age music video through Facebook and other social media.

Miss Shaw, 23, initially missed the first day of filming, much to her dismay, but was lucky enough to end up closer than she expected on day two.

"I was at work and my friend called me saying they were shooting the film clip out at Bilambil last night and to come," she said.

It was actually one of my biggest dreams come true. So happy...He was nice and had time for me...I was shocked.

Miss Shaw said the whole hip hop crew was down to Earth and Eso was more than happy to take time out to meet fans.

"He was actually nice and had time for me...I was shocked.

"Even talked star signs with me for a bit.

"I went in the first two shoots, it was like a pool party kinda thing, but then I got dressed back into my normal clothes and didn't realise they were still filming things and I was having to much fun to get dressed and go back in it cause Bliss n Eso weren't even in the film bit it was just for extras."

Miss Shaw said having a few drinks and a chat with the guys was something she had hoped for, but she was surprised at just how friendly the hip hop heavyweights were.

"I only had five minutes to get ready and felt kinda gross so I didnt care too much about it...i mean getting in the video, I cared more about hanging with them."

"I had waited for this moment for so long and wasnt expecting them to be as nice as they were. Max (Eso) is the best human."

Miss Shaw had a simple explanation why Australian hip hop pioneers Bliss n Eso have attracted such a strong gathering of dedicated fans.

"They are gangsters with hippy mentalities. They're lyrically so amazing."

Unsure whether she will end up in the final version of the video clip, Miss Shaw was just happy to have met her hip hop heroes.

"Best night of my life," she said.
