Blues remain confident
REIGNING under-12 and under-14 premiers, the Tweed Coolangatta Blues are confident of ensuring both pieces of silverware remain at Len Peak Oval for another year and back their players to complete the quadruple in the under-16 and under-18 divisions.
With membership on the rise, Tweed Coolangatta expects to field additional teams in the 2010 Gold Coast Junior AFL.
As well AusKick and first grade teams at under-9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s, the club expects to field strong second-string outfits at under-14s, 16s and 18s.
“We hope any kids who wants to have a go, whether they have played before or not, comes down and gives it a go,” Fraser said.
Sign-on day today at Len Peak Oval Kirra and at St Joesph’s Primary School in Banora Point from 10am-2pm.
