TWO hours to spend $5000 is a challenge we can all enjoy.

Linda Oliver, of Byron Bay, was let loose in The Body Shop Robina last Friday with a cool $5000 to spend, after winning a shopping spree competition.

Mrs Oliver selected over 200 different products and was pampered and preened by the staff, who closed the doors to the public.

Family and friends were also spoilt, with Mrs Oliver bringing plastic bags with names stapled on them to ensure they all got a share in the sizeable haul.

Mrs Oliver said she was extremely excited to win the competition.

"I just had the best morning," she said.

"I love The Body Shop, so winning this prize was a real thrill for me."

Mrs Oliver said she thoroughly enjoyed having the store all to herself.

"The Body Shop Robina team were just so lovely. I had the best morning and I'm so excited to have all these lovely products to use," she said.

The Body Shop said there was 78,800 entries in the remarkably popular contest, which ran from December 11 to 31.
