Call is out to FFNC fans

FOOTBALL Far North Coast is calling on the NSW North Coast to help generate $25,000 in much-needed funds.

Through Telstra's True Supporters Program, the FFNC hopes to raise enough money to fund the upgrade of its facilities, the development of its players and the support of both coaches and administrators.

General manager Steve Mackney believes his organisation plays a significant cultural and social role across the region, and said that with 30 clubs, 430 junior teams and 140 senior teams, this funding would help it continue the great work it does.

The True Supporters program aims to give local clubs the opportunity for a little extra support.

Simply visit your local participating Telstra Shop or dealer, purchase an eligible Next G mobile or BigPond Broadband service and then register your redemption card online at www.telstra.com/truesupporters.

Telstra will contribute $25 to the participating club you nominate as well as $10 to that club's overarching league.

And you can keep up to date with FFNC's efforts and leave messages at www.telstra.com/truesupporters.
