Car crash on highway at Cudgera

EMERGENCY services have been called to the Pacific Hwy near Cudgera Creek Rd after a car lost control.

A spokesman from Brunswick Heads Rural Fire Service said initial reports suggested the car may have clipped a barrier and spun out of control about 11.30am this morning.

The accident is not believed to be serious, but southbound traffic has been delayed.

A hazmat team from Tweed Heads has been called to assist.
