Casuarina Beach $100 million community launched this week

VILLAWOOD Properties' $100 million Miramar community at Casuarina Beach will be launched this weekend.

The lots are some of the largest on the Tweed, ranging from 613-739sqm and buyers can expect to pay from $229,900.

Only 12 lots remain out of 34 first released, with interstate and local buyers snapping up blocks.

Building is expected to start mid next year.

"We are already in the process of clearing and levelling the site to allow buyers in our first residential precinct to start building by mid next year, in tandem with the first display homes to be constructed by our building partners," Queensland development manager Michael Williams said.

The building firm says it had sold $5.5 million worth of land in the last eight weeks and after its sales centre moved on site last week they are expecting interest to increase.

"The fact that we have sold the majority of our first two stages shows that we have hit the mark in terms of our pricing and product," Mr Williams said.
