China continue diving dominance
CHINA has continued its reign of supremacy in the diving arena after the duo of Ruolin Chen and Hao Wang took gold in the women's synchronised 10 metre platform.
Chen and Wang were far too strong for the field, leading Mexico and Canada to the medal dais.
The Chinese pair took the lead in the second round, the Great British hopes of Sarah Barrow and Tonia Couch taking an early lead, and were never threatened, winning with a combined score of 368.40.
The Australian pairing of Loudy Wiggins and Rachel Bugg finished just outside the medal positions in fourth place.
