Coffee is her cup of tea
DISAPPOINTED when your favourite coffee stand doesn't sell your rice milk mocha?
Or your soy dandelion latte?
Barista Sista2u specialise in catering for the fussiest coffee connoisseurs offering alternative options for people with allergies and special dietary needs.
Plus their Mudlark coffee beans are sourced from the Byron Bay hinterland so there's no guilt, you're buying local.
And while Wendy Tatton is happy running her mobile coffee marquee she also has ambitions to start a barista-training course to help people break into the hospitality industry.
"I've been in hospitality for 20 years and I thought it would be good to train others," Ms Tatton said.
"When I did a frontline management course I got the confidence to run my own business.
"Coffee is developing all the time and having these options gives people that have allergies the opportunity to drink coffee."
Ms Tatton said her latte art was always a crowd pleaser.
"I think I have the skill and I always get good feedback," she said.
"Our beans are single blend origin, direct from the farm to your cup.
"Want to order a rice milk mocha, latte soy dandelion or almond milk cappuccino or just a flat white, no problemo, that's what we're here for.
"Fresh baked cakes and slices including gluten free goodies are also available upon request."
