One dead in car and motorcycle collision at Spring Grove

Update 5am: A MOTORCYCLIST has died following a crash at Spring Grove, between Casino and Lismore, yesterday.

Police have said that at about 2.30pm, a motor cycle rider and a vehicle turning into a driveway collided on Spring Grove Road, Spring Grove.

The 54-year-old male motorbike rider died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured, and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.

 

Update 4.19pm: PARAMEDICS have confirmed one patient was deceased at the scene upon their arrival. 

 

Original: A ROAD accident between a motorcycle and a vehicle has been reported by police on Spring Grove Rd, Spring Grove between Casino and Lismore.

Emergency services are currently on scene.
