TWEED Shire Council is having a community information session on the draft Tweed Valley Flood Plan tonight (Tuesday).

The meeting concludes the information sessions for the Risk Management Study and Plan.

Interested residents, business owners and community and industry groups are invited to drop in at any time during the session to discuss their concerns or raise any questions.

The information session will be from 5-7pm at the South Sea Islander Room at the Tweed Heads Civic Centre.

The draft Tweed Valley Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan are on exhibition for public comment until August 30.
