Day choke hands title to Johnson
GOLF: Dustin Johnson has capitalised on a spectacular collapse from world No.1 Jason Day to take the World Golf Championships Bridgestone Invitational.
The US Open champion’s second win in as many starts came after he shot a final-round four-under 66 to finish six-under.
Day was on track for his eighth PGA Tour success in 12 months when he led with four holes to play, but three dropped shots cost him the win.
