POTENTIAL buyers can check out Riva Vue development's last 29 blocks at the Murwillumbah housing estate's new sales office.

The office will display the remaining 29 blocks in stage one, as well as show the future expansion of the $23 million Metricon development.

Marketing agent Lance Cotterill said the new sales office will allow buyers to show Riva Vue to its full extent.

“It will be the perfect opportunity for future purchasers to explore their home options within the estate,” Mr Cotterill said.

“Since launching Riva Vue, we have had a massive response from the local community and people from Southport to Byron Bay looking to make the most of this affordable tree-change phenomenon close to local amenities.”

Mr Cotterill said Murwillumbah is a growing community with property prices in the region rising at an exponential rate as land in the Tweed region continues to grow scarce.

The latest Property Watch Research report showed the area as a 2009 hot spot.

Land in stage one of Riva Vue ranges in size from 653 to 1098 square metres, with land from $165,000 and house and land packages from $345,000.
