Drugs, guns seized

POLICE from Richmond LAC arrested a 24 year old man after returning from an overseas trip for allegedly secreting a number of anabolic steroids internally.

The man was arrested at a Friday Hut Rd address in Possum Creek on Friday.

Police executed a search warrant at the same address on the weekend.

During the search police found four vials of testosterone, 12gr of NDMA powder, cocaine, two fire arms, ammunition, a crossbow, a laser pointer and a sum of cash estimated to be several thousand dollars.

It is expected the alleged offender will be issued with a court attendance notice in the near future for offences regarding drugs, weapons and importation of steroids.

The matter was brought to the attention of police due to concerns for the alleged offender's health.

Police refused to identify the person who alerted them of the situation.

Police was unable to say what country the man had returned from.
