Fingal car fire not being treated as suspicious

Updated report, December 4: A CAR fire yesterday at Fingal is not being treated as suspicious by police.

Power tools and inflammable liquids in the car and police believe they were the cause of the fire. 

 

Initial report, December 3: FIRE fighters and police are on the scene of a car fire at Fingal.

It is understood the vehicle was extinguished about 4pm by Kingscliff Fire and Rescue.

Cudgen RFS also attended the scene but were stood down.

No one is believed to be injured and police are investigating.
