Evidence served against pilot charged over child's death

A PILOT charged with manslaughter over the death of an 11-year-old girl in a plane crash at Ewingar in April has had his case adjourned until January 20 at Lismore.

John Patrick Crumpton, 53, did not appear at Lismore Local Court yesterday on a manslaughter charge and three other charges relating to the crash, but was represented by his lawyer.

A brief of evidence has now been served.
