Firearms found during raid

SHOTGUNS and rifles were found hidden in a secret wall cavity during raids of homes linked to a weapons supply chain in country NSW this week.

In Wagga Wagga, a 47-year-old man was charged with the ongoing supply of firearms and refused bail.

Fifteen unregistered guns later were found at a home near Young.

A 54-year-old man was charged with related offences and bailed to front an Albury court later this month.

The arrests were made by detectives attached to Strike Force Eddystone, which was formed this year to investigate the illegal supply of weapons in the state's south-west.
