Fires still uncontained

RESIDENTS in Tanglewood, Bogangar and Cabarita are being advised by the Rural Fire Service to voluntarily relocate due to bushfires in the area.

Firefighters said six helicopters were water bombing the area and the fires were still uncontained.

Fire crews are on standby around homes for property protection.

The Rural Fire Service will be at the Cabarita Sports Club tonight from 6pm to 8pm to answer any questions residents may have regarding the fires.
