Foodie Fest off to a flying start

TWEED Foodie Fest is well under way, after three of the Tweed's most renowned chefs battled it out on Wednesday morning.
Aaron Wilkinson from The Balcony Restaurant, Jonathon Evans from Ju Ju's Cafe and Thomas Pirker from Mavis's Kitchen emerged from their kitchens to brave the masses at Murwillumbah Farmers' Market, each producing stunning dishes from a mystery box of ingredients.
All fresh produce was donated by Tweed-based farmers.
The Foodie Fest will run until Sunday, with plenty of events over the five days. For more information, visit their website.
