Four drug mules arrested in raid
FOUR accused drug mules have been arrested after police busted a major heroin syndicate in Sydney.
On Wednesday, a drug-detection dog discovered a large stash of heroin in a home at South Wentworthville.
A replica gun, cash and mobile phones were also seized.
Detectives arrested three men, aged 44, 36 and 34, and a 29-year-old woman.
They were charged with multiple supply offences, participating in a criminal group, operating a drug house and dealing the proceeds of crime.
All four were refused bail.
The bust followed a three month investigation into the supply of heroin in Sydney.
