Freeze your mind, a prize may follow

WE'VE all felt that horrible brain chill sensation after drinking one too many Frozen Cokes too quickly.

But that feeling will become the claim to fame of the brave person who takes out the Pottsville Waters NightOwl Brain Chill Challenge tomorrow. For two weeks the Pottsville convenience store has opened its doors and welcomed brain chill champions to test their resilience.

There's still time to enter, with the third heat starting at 10.30am tomorrow, followed by the final.

The champion will walk away with an iPod, and a headache, while the runner-up will go home with an iTunes voucher.

For those interested, but less brave, there will also be M&M characters with giveaways and a free sausage sizzle by the Pottsville Lions Club.

Operations manager Daniel Zarew said he was expecting a tough fight between the best of the brain chill champions.

"We have been very impressed with the response each Saturday and this week is set to be even bigger," he said.

Celebrations start at 10am with the third heat beginning at 10.30am.

The NightOwl Super Store is in Overall Dr, Pottsville.

Got what it takes? Be at Pottsville NightOwl 10am tomorrow.
