Gold Coast Fashion Against Disaster
WHILE the natural disasters in Japan have been and gone, the thoughts of many are still with the disaster-stricken nation and there is a way for Gold Coasters help.
Fashion Against Disaster will see fashionistas and fervent fundraisers alike enjoy a fashion show featuring exclusive pieces from some of Gold Coast’s most renowned boutiques - which will all be up for silent auction - along with live entertainment and In the Booth photo fun at Temple Bar in Surfer’s Paradise.
The event will be held tomorrow night at 7pm and tickets can be purchased on the door.
All proceeds raised will be donated to aid victims of the Japan tsunami and earthquake via Care Australia, and donations of more than $2 received on the night will be tax deductable.
