ONE of the worst drink drivers in NSW has been charged over another serious crash at Coffs Harbour.

Disqualified driver Eric Simbomana is accused of smashing into a parked car at Meadow St in the early hours of this morning.

The 24-year-old (pictured) made headlines last year when he blew seven times over the legal limit after crashing into two cars on Ocean Pde.

On that occasion, he was so drunk he was seen urinating on the street and had to be detained by witnesses before police arrived.

Despite being stripped of his licence until at least 2016, Mr Simbomana was allegedly back behind the wheel last night.

Witnesses reported Mr Simbomana wasn't wearing a seatbelt when he crashed into the car, and hit his windscreen headfirst.

Mr Simbomana was taken to Coffs Harbour hospital where he was treated for a head injury and released this afternoon.
He appeared before the Coffs Harbour Local Court later in the day and has been refused bail.

A further charge is expected pending a blood analysis.

He will be back on court on January 28.
