MARKETING companies Ray Real Estate and Colliers International expect all home sites at the Casuarina Seaside estate to be sold over the next few months, making the beachside community the fastest selling on the Tweed Coast.
Ray Real Estate sales agent Bruce Williams said with lots priced from $260,000 and NSW government incentives for first home buyers worth in excess of $15,000, Seaside offered affordable coastal living.
"To sell more than half of the residential land developer stock in a 32 hectare masterplanned community in just 12 months is a phenomenal result in any market.
"It's an even more remarkable achievement considering the Tweed is still rebuilding from its market lows and a long way from any market peak which was seen a few years ago," Mr Williams said.
Colliers director of project marketing Tony Holland said Seaside's success could be attributed to its position and price.
