
Hewitt keeps Aussie hopes alive
AUSTRALIA'S last tennis hope Lleyton Hewitt has advanced to the next round after a three-set victory over Ukrainian Sergiy Stakhovsky at the London Olympics.
Left as Australia's only medal chance, Hewitt took the first set 6-3 but was left reeling after losing the second 4-6.
But Hewitt, renowned for his fight and determination, gained the important break in the decider before closing out the match 6-3.
