False alarm over Mur'bah house fire

Update, 12.23pm: FIRE fighting crews attended an emergency call out to Queen St, Murwillumbah, but were unable to find any fire in the vicinity.

A Fire and Rescue NSW spokeswoman confirmed there was no sign of fire upon arrival.

It is not known if the initial call reporting the incident was a hoax or simply a mistake.

 

Initial Report, 11.56am:FIRE and Rescue NSW are currently heading to a house fire in Queen St, Murwillumbah.

It is not known at this time if any of the home's occupants are in danger or how serious the fire is.
